Originally intended for release in 2012, this tape finally finds its way to your ears at a fitting moment. The work of a true isolationist operating out of a basement apartment in Verdun, Quebec, Elev8 evokes a kind of euphoric paranoia with skittering shards of darkside jungle, trap, and footwork sensibilities, hyped and scrambled VHS samples, psychotic and deconstructed to the extreme.
